QS. Al-Ghashiyah [88]
Overwhelming
بِسْمِاللّٰهِالرَّحْمٰنِالرَّحِيْمِ
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
هَلْاَتٰىكَحَدِيْثُالْغَاشِيَةِ١
Has there reached you the report of the Overwhelming [event]? [1]
وُجُوْهٌيَّوْمَىِٕذٍخَاشِعَةٌ٢
[Some] faces, that Day, will be humbled, [2]
عَامِلَةٌنَّاصِبَةٌ٣
Working [hard] and exhausted. [3]
