QS. Al-Anfal [8:33]
Spoils of War
وَمَاكَانَاللّٰهُلِيُعَذِّبَهُمْوَاَنْتَفِيْهِمْوَمَاكَانَاللّٰهُمُعَذِّبَهُمْوَهُمْيَسْتَغْفِرُوْنَ٣٣
wamaa kaana allaahu liyu'adzdzibahum wa‑anta fiihim wamaa kaana allaahu mu'adzdzibahum wahum yastaghfiruuna
But Allah would not punish them while you, [O Muhammad], are among them, and Allah would not punish them while they seek forgiveness. [33]
